XEFCO ASSUMES FULL CONTROL OF XREFLEX, ENABLING STRATEGIC GROWTH AND INVESTMENT 

After five successful years of collaboration with HeiQ Materials AG to bring XReflex® technology to market, Xefco has acquired HeiQ Materials AG’s shareholding in HX Innovation Company Limited, the Taiwanese joint venture dedicated to the production and distribution of the XReflex® technology.  

This strategic transition enables Xefco to fully integrate XReflex® alongside its Ausora™ plasma-based dyeing and finishing technology, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and high-performance textile innovation. It also represents a significant investment in the company’s long-term growth —enhancing the supply chain, refining operations, and driving further technology advancements. 

Xefco will fully support and service the XReflex® customer base, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining the highest standards of quality and innovation.
