How Mills Work With Us

We work with mills through fabric supply and coating partnerships.

We supply XReflex fabrics directly into existing supply chains and collaborate with mills and brand partners on testing and product development.

We also provide a coating service, where fabrics are treated with XReflex technology and returned ready for garment manufacturing.

How it works

XReflex® Coating Service

Add XReflex into your supply chain through our Coating Service program.

Mill partner fabrics are sent to Xefco for treatment with XReflex technology before being returned ready for garment manufacturing and development.

This provides a simple and efficient way for mills and brands to access advanced thermal performance materials.

Xefco supports testing, validation and optimisation throughout each development process.

Our Fabrics

XReflex provides a wide range of tested and validated thermal performance fabrics.

Recycled fabric option are available and can incorporate additional finishes such as DWR and calendering.

We also work with recycled insulation systems to help optimise warmth, weight and overall product performance during development.

Weather Barrier

Combines XReflex radiant barrier technology with windproof, light rain–resistant protection. Designed for outer layers, delivering up to 50% greater heat retention.

Down Barrier

Down-proof fabrics designed for internal down bags, replacing conventional materials while increasing heat retention by up to 30% with no added weight.

Wovens

A range of versatile woven fabrics for shell or lining layers, delivering up to 60% greater heat retention in lightweight assemblies.
